Is There An Obama Bulldozer Coming To Your Town ?
Flint Michigan used to be a thriving town that employed over 70,000 people in GM factories and now with the plant closings its population is dwindled to a mere 8,000. A leftist think tank in Washington wants to bulldoze 40 percent of the land and return it to nature. Is this the type of change you have imagined, and I know some of you people voted for Obama. Do any of you democrats have any misgivings at all for supporting Obama ?

Brilliant plan – NOT! Barry is actually surprising me — he’s doing a worse job than I thought he would do.
They might as well bulldoze the whole state of CA. We are bankrupt and the Sacramento idiot must think we are made of money.

I live near Flint and work there sometimes. The city has been declining for two decades, and it has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with plant closings that started a long time ago. The city is dangerous in many places, like all struggling urban areas. I don’t know where you got your figure of a population of 8,000, but it’s wrong. There are many more people living there than that. There are also many thriving businesses there, including a great airport and U of M. As for bulldozing it down, lots of people here want the city leveled, but many more want to try to save it.

I seriously doubt it will happen where I live. We’re doing rather well compared to a lot of the Country.
I guess when GM told those Employees that they could not sustain the wage levels the Union was demanding, the Union Members should have listened.
I can actually think of a few neighborhoods around here that I would LIKE to see bulldozed though.Nothing but Illegal Aliens and lazy Welfare losers in the neighborhoods I’m thinking of.But those are the type of neighborhoods that Obama wants to save, rather than burn to the ground as we probably should.

You have a sad story there in Michigan. In a way returning the land back to nature might not be such a bad idea with such a low population. If those buildings were left abandoned they may attract crime and illegal squatter’s. It won`t look pretty, but wildlife would.
I wish we could bulldoze some neighborhoods around my area, these low lifes around here are pretty scary sometimes, especially when they take pot shots at each other and hit innocent bystanders instead.

An idea for liberal politicians in Michigan :
Instead of bulldozing cities, try to attract new businesses by having a zero corporate tax.
The key for healthy economy is to keep the government overhead to an absolute minimum to cover few constitutional roles. Welfare state does not work – it will always end up in bankruptcy.

I live in a small town of 1500 and it has been depressed through the last seven administrations.

Isn’t Flint Michigan Michael Moore’s home town?
Now tell me you aren’t in favor of bulldozing his house.

No, he’s helping us. You must have middle aged white male terrorists under those trailer parks.
