If Faith Can Move Mountains, Why Do We Need Bulldozers?
Because faith is a man made idea. Idea’s are great, but you still need the work horse to get the job done! After the mountain is moved those that are striken with the disease of religion would say that the mountain was moved by god’s will. Those bulldozers never get the credit they are due!!!

faith is the bulldozer that moves the mountain of uncertanty and dispair

You need a bulldozer because you have no faith there are any other possiblities.

That would make a really cool bumper sticker. Did you make that up?

Oh please. You’re taking it in the wrong context. It’s just an expression, a proverb of sorts, and now, you’re making it literal. Faith can go so far as to do things that require it. Without faith, anything you do will not be as successful as doing something with plenty of faith. That’s what they mean. Bulldozers and a literal application of this is defeating the purpose.

we do not want all those men who depend on bulldozers for their livelihood to loose it.

It would make a good bumper sticker.

You’re too funny! Christians lighten up! Laugh a little. You take yourselves far too seriously!
Why do we need doctors if faith can heal cancer? Why do we need to go to work or to the grocery store if god will provide?
Fire up those bulldozers, let’s move some mountains!

I think moving mountains in this case is an example of the ‘outcome’ of faith. I’m not a big believer in a diety myself, but I can kind of see how this might work.
For instance, if enough people believed something strong enough, it might get done by a large company, or someone tired of other people just sitting around thinking about it!

“Do not put the Lord God to the test”

Why don’t you just come right out and say: “I think Christians are stupid, and so are their silly ideas?”
Go on. Get it out of your system. You’ll feel better.

Haha..It`s the same “faith” the guys who build or invented the bulldozers to move mountains..

Because we have such little faith. If faith is defined as the capacity to align vision/intent & disciplined action, there’s precious little of it today. There’s alot of self-deception, abject yearning & immature fantasy instead – masquerading as “faith”.

We do not need a bulldozer. The bulldozer represents you looking to the wrong anwer or conclusion in your mind. Human reasoning and viewpoints cloud the truth. As humans we view things from a human standpoint. We cannot do this. Serving God and putting him first naturally can make a human uncomfortable or uneasy since we have learned to “do it yourself”. So, we naturally may tend to “put faith”, yet without realizing it, display lack of faith by our own subconscience expectations of the answer. From Jehovah’s standpoint, put Him first in all our endeavors. This means putting His plans first in our lives. The question then remains, What does He want of ME? All these other things will be added—in time.
