I Am Looking For A Site With Heavy Equipment Related Accidents And Pics For Training Purposes.?

i work at a facility which uses heavy equipment (bulldozers, trackhoes, etc.) and i am trying to put together a presentation to use to attempt to enlighten our operators that safety and preparation may save their lives. please help if possible. minor to major accidents would be helpful. thank you

    Try you tube videos, extreme crashes. There are some eye waterers on there, and it`s definitely nor for the faint hearted.
