How Can I Sell My Shared Ownership House?

i bought a house with my ex girlfriend and she now lives there and i have to live in rented house there is lots of equetty in the house now we owe about £30,000 on the mortgage and its worth about £125.000 my solicitor has been dealing with it for two years and got no further than it was two years ago and it will cost me about £10,000 in court and solicitors fee`s to get it sold. is there an easyer way. if not i think i will hire a bulldozer and flatten it then nobody can have it.

    Apparently you have to go back to the hsg association, they then offer it to people looking in your area on there list for a part ren part buy, if unsuccessful you can go with an estate agent, they are rare but i have seen them.
    and if your solicitor is dragging his heels and costing you over an above take hime to the law society and te law ombudsman…i am doing this due to neglect from my solicitor

    The only way I can see is to force her to buy your share or insist that she has to sell the house. I cant see why the solicitor hasnt delt with this already, its like getting a divorce, there is no way your solicitor should be taking this long about it. Change your solictor, he is making money while you are loosing it.

    where is the house can you not divide it into two flats…or move back in and make a nuisance until your ex either moves out or puts it up 4 sale
